Refund Policy

At Top Frame Learning Center, we strive to provide exceptional tutoring and test prep services. Our refund policy ensures transparency for cancellations and payment issues.

Overview

This refund policy applies to payments made through Top Frame Learning Center for tutoring sessions and test prep programs. For payments made outside our platform, we cannot process refunds but can offer assistance.

• All refund requests must be submitted via email to support@topframelearningcenter.academy.
• Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days, depending on your payment method.

Tutoring Session Refunds

We understand that plans may change. Our refund policy for tutoring sessions is as follows:

• Cancellations before session: If you cancel a scheduled tutoring session at least 24 hours in advance, you are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 24 hours: Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% fee, as tutors reserve time for your session.
• No-show: If you miss a session without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

Test Prep Program Refunds

For test prep programs (e.g., SAT, ACT, GRE), refunds are handled as follows:

• Before program start: Full refunds are available if you cancel before the program begins.
• After program start: Partial refunds may be issued based on the number of sessions attended, minus a 15% administrative fee.
• Non-attendance: Refunds are not available for unattended sessions after the program starts.

Payment Disputes

In case of disputes regarding service quality or delivery:

• Contact us within 7 days of the session to initiate a dispute.
• We will review the case and mediate between you and the tutor.
• Decisions made by Top Frame Learning Center are final, but we aim for fair resolutions.
